Let’s Work Together

Work With Me
  • Your challenges are unique. But beneath the symptoms, patterns, or pain, there is often a deeper longing - to feel whole, to live with purpose, and to reconnect with your true self.

RESST offers an integrative, experiential, body-based approach to individual healing that gently supports the unraveling of trauma, internalized expectations, relational wounds, and emotional overwhelm. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we work with your whole system - body, mind, heart, and spirit - to support deep, sustainable change.

In our work together, we’ll tune into your inner wisdom, explore what’s ready to be released, and envision what’s possible. Whether you're navigating trauma, eating disorders, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or existential distress, RESST offers space to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with what truly matters.

This is not about fixing you. It’s about remembering who you already are.

  • Couples and families often get stuck in relational patterns that are hard to shift - no matter how much love, effort, or good intention is present. RESST offers a healing and growth-centered approach designed to help you move out of reactivity and into meaningful connection.

Rooted in the wisdom of Hedy Schleifer’s Encounter-Centered Couples Therapy, Adele Lafrance’s Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Pat Ogden’s Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Otto Scharmer’s Presencing, and grounded in the science of Memory Reconsolidation, RESST brings a deeply integrative approach to relational transformation.

With the understanding that up to 93% of communication is non-verbal, RESST teaches body-based, nervous-system-informed practices that help you regulate, listen actively, and share vulnerably - restoring emotional safety and creating more connected, resilient relationships.

RESST is available in 10-12 session intensives, or immersive retreats for couples and families ready to shift long-standing patterns and build something new - together.

  • RESST brings a holistic, relationship-centered approach to leaders, co-workers, and teams who function as families - co-founders, partners, small teams, or leadership groups navigating the emotional complexities of working closely together.

Organizations are made up of human systems. Behind every vision, initiative, and deliverable are real people with histories, emotions, and patterns of connection. Just like in families, breakdowns in communication, trust, or emotional safety can ripple outward and affect the whole system.

RESST helps organizational relationships move from reactivity and burnout to clarity, presence, and connection. This work is especially powerful for:

    • Leadership teams navigating interpersonal tension or high-stakes decision-making

    • Co-founders or business partners who feel emotionally stuck or misaligned

    • Family-run organizations blending personal and professional dynamics

    • Teams experiencing burnout, disconnection, or a loss of shared vision

    • Workplaces seeking to rebuild trust after rupture or change

Grounded in evidence-based models like Interpersonal Neurobiology, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Memory Reconsolidation, and Theory U, RESST supports meaningful, sustainable change by working at the emotional and relational root - not just the surface behavior.

This is not traditional coaching or conflict resolution. RESST invites your team to slow down, reflect, and reconnect - restoring the capacity for trust, creative collaboration, and aligned, purposeful work.

RESST for organizations takes place either in the form of retreats at Follette Farm, or in-person or virtual intensives.

  • Sometimes we get stuck in patterns that feel impossible to change. These deep-seated habits and emotional responses often form early and can be hard to shift through conventional therapy alone. For some individuals, meaningful progress may remain limited even after engaging in higher levels of care.

Psychedelic-Assisted RESST offers a new approach that combines RESST with the intentional use of legal psychedelic medicines. Guided safely and skillfully, these medicines can quiet old protections and reopen “critical periods” — windows of heightened openness and learning that are typically only available in early development.

This process helps loosen entrenched patterns and allows people to access and integrate parts of themselves that were previously out of reach, leading to enduring shifts in perspective, emotional flexibility, and overall well-being.

Drawing on Dr. Adele Lafrance’s Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), families and loved ones are also involved as active and supportive participants. Their presence and emotional attunement create a stronger foundation for change and support sustained healing extend beyond the individual.

Psychedelic-Assisted RESST is not about escaping challenges but about creating the internal and relational conditions for true growth, using legal, science-backed tools and compassionate support.

This intensive therapeutic program spans 4–6 weeks, with 3–5 sessions per week, providing a structured and supportive environment for profound therapeutic work.

Connection with the natural world is a vital part of the RESST experience, and this connection can take many forms. RESST offers a limited number of retreats for individuals, couples, and families at Follette Farm - an expansive 180-acre pastoral and wooded sanctuary in Upstate New York. These retreats are therapeutic deep dives designed to create profound, visceral shifts at both the cellular and relational levels, with effects intended to last for years beyond the retreat itself.
